Monetary donations

The Day Worker Center of Mountain View has been supported by grants from various local organizations and while funding from foundations is wonderful, it is not something that an organization can rely on forever. To survive, we must increase the support we get from individuals like you. Your generosity allows the Day Worker Center to keep programs up and running such as Job Placement, Healthy Meals, and Training, to name a few.

Can you help us today with an online donation or check? Every gift counts!

Change Lives!
Look What Your Gift Can Do:

$25

Provide essential materials like fabric, thread, and art supplies for our programs such as sewing and arts & crafts, giving workers the tools they need to create, learn, and grow. Through these programs workers learn new skills and find meaningful ways to express themselves—boosting both creativity and mental well-being.

$75

Help us restock our pantry for an entire week to support our Healthy Meals Program which ensures that our Center’s members and community members facing food insecurity have access to nutritious breakfasts and lunches.

$100

Help us provide more scholarships for workers, opening doors to new training opportunities and brighter futures. This past year, several workers earned scholarships to attend classes and receive certifications in areas like bike repair, electrical tool training, and sustainable gardening.

$200

Help us continue our essential work. The Day Worker Center provides a safe space for workers to grow their skills and connects residents and businesses with reliable, skilled labor. By fostering connections among workers, volunteers, and local organizations, we strengthen our community through unity and collaboration.
