Day Worker Center and California Reopening
At the center, we take the health and safety of our members, staff, volunteers and employers who use the center’s services seriously. With COVID-19 regulations being rescinded per the State of California, the center nonetheless will still be operating virtually for the time being as an extra level of precaution. DWC is still closed to the public and only DWC personnel may enter. The Center is still continuing to match members of the center with employers who are looking for help.
Please note that the Center continues to operate virtually to connect, refer, and provide workers and community members with any basic immediate resources they may need. The Center, through its kitchen collective is still having free freshly made breakfast (7:30am-8:30am) and lunch (11:30am-12:30pm) to go, Monday through Saturday.
Should you have any questions, our virtual hours of operation are: Monday-Saturday from 7am-3:30pm, please feel free to call us at 650-903-4102 or send us an email at info@dayworkercentermv.org
Thank you community!
